Geoffrey is a Merchant Banker with over 35 years of international experience, in both listed and private companies.

He and his family invest in pre-IPO companies, where in most cases he has acted as a principal and director.

A number of these public and private companies are internationally based.

Since the late 1980’s Geoffrey’s family have had various business interests in China and taking advantage of this experience he turned around and restructured the China operations of Hayward Tyler Plc, he was a founder and shareholder of the Plc.

His international knowledge and experience will help with the rollout of the brand in China, USA, Australia of the Gilbert Luxury Brands.

A Co-Foundering shareholder and a former director of Harrell Hospitality Inc. (HHG) from 1999 to 2023. HHG is a Dallas based hotel Management, Developer, and Asset Management company.
