Chris Zlatarev is a Managing Director of H.I.G. Capital, a leading private equity firm with $55bn of equity capital under management.

Chris is a founding member of H.I.G Realty Partners based in London and is responsible for investing in and managing real estate transactions across Europe.

Chris has 18 years of principal investing experience across value added, opportunistic and credit real estate strategies and has completed transactions for H.I.G. in both direct acquisitions and credit across multiple real estate sectors and geographies.

Chris has relevant experience in the luxury sector across hotels, high-end residential and prime office projects as well as relationships with luxury real estate developers across Europe, Middle East and Israel.

Previously, Chris was a Partner at Kildare Partners and also held investment roles at Varde Partners and AIG Global Real Estate.

Chris has a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Drexel University.
